SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Reon Appliance Repair (“Reon,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS notification program that delivers transactional, service-related text messages to customers who have requested an appliance repair through our website at reonappliance.com, by phone, or in person. Messages include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Technician “on the way” notifications and live ETA tracking links
  • Invoice and payment links
  • Service-completion follow-up and review requests

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS messages from Reon when you:

  • Submit your phone number through our online booking form, AI assistant, or customer portal at reonappliance.com,
  • Verbally confirm your phone number during a phone call with our dispatch team, or
  • Reply START, YES, or JOIN to a Reon SMS short-code or long-code number.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may still receive service via phone call only.

3. How You Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message we send. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will not receive any additional SMS from us unless you opt in again.

5. Message Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies based on the status of your repair (typically 2–6 messages per active service request). Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan. Reon does not charge a fee for sending SMS, but your mobile carrier may.

6. Supported Carriers

Reon’s SMS program is available on all major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Fi, as well as most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. SMS data is used only to deliver the service you requested. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or by posting an updated effective date at the top of this page.
