Why factory-trained matters

Wolf ranges are restaurant-grade — your service has to match

Wolf's dual-stacked sealed burners, infrared griddle, infrared char-broiler, and dual convection ovens have failure points your average appliance-repair tech has never seen. Reon's Wolf techs carry the spark module test rig, the infrared element load tester, and OEM gas-valve assemblies — so a Wolf diagnosis takes minutes, not hours.

All Wolf appliances we service

Whether your Wolf appliance has a model number on its data plate or not — we'll match it to a service-bulletin set and quote a flat rate before any work.

Wolf repair · FAQ

Are you an authorized Wolf repair service?+

Yes — factory-trained on the full Wolf line including 30 / 36 / 48 / 60-inch dual-fuel and gas ranges, rangetops, induction and gas cooktops, the M-Series and E-Series wall ovens, microwave drawers, and warming drawers. We honor manufacturer warranty work and carry only OEM Wolf parts.

How much does Wolf range repair cost?+

Flat $89 diagnostic, waived in full with the repair. Typical Wolf repairs run $245–$685. Igniter modules, infrared griddle elements, and convection fan motors are at the lower end. Gas-valve manifold service and full ECM control-board swaps on dual-fuel units reach $1,295.

My Wolf range burner clicks but won't light — what's wrong?+

Almost always the spark module's secondary winding. The electrode tip is fine (the click confirms the primary winding works); the secondary winding's voltage drops too low to ignite gas. We diagnose with a Wolf test rig in 5 minutes and swap the OEM module on-site.

Will the manufacturer warranty stay valid if Reon repairs my Wolf?+

Yes. We're an authorized Wolf service provider — manufacturer warranty terms remain valid on every repair. We also stack a 90-day labor warranty on top.

Do you service Wolf paired with Sub-Zero in the same kitchen?+

Yes. Many of our techs are dual-certified on the Sub-Zero + Wolf appliance suite — one truck, one visit, both brands.
