Thermador is owned by BSH (Bosch / Siemens / Gaggenau) so the parts catalog overlaps — but the service procedure is entirely Thermador-specific. The Liberty integrated column hinges, the Star Burner electrode spacing, and the Pro Grand's twin convection-fan synchronization are all unique to the brand. Star Burner electrode service
Thermador's patented Star Burner has 4 electrode positions per burner — replacing one without re-gapping all four leaves you with intermittent ignition. We carry the Thermador gap gauge and the OEM electrode set.

Liberty column hinge calibration
Liberty integrated columns mount the cabinet door directly to the appliance — if the hinge tension is wrong by 0.5°, the door drops or jams. We bring the Liberty hinge gauge and the cabinet-weight chart to recalibrate on-site.

Pro Grand twin convection sync
The 48 and 60-inch Pro Grand has twin convection fans that must run in synchronized phase or the oven temperature drifts ±15°F. We diagnose with the Thermador sync interface and re-sync at the control board.

Thermador integrated and built-in refrigeration uses isobutane (R-600a) — flammable. Reon technicians are ETL-listed and EPA Section 608 certified to service R-600a sealed systems on-site.

Are you an authorized Thermador repair service?+
Yes — factory-trained on the full Thermador line including the Star Burner gas ranges (30 / 36 / 48 / 60"), Pro Grand and Pro Harmony platforms, Liberty integrated columns, Freedom refrigerators, steam and combination ovens, and Star-Sapphire dishwashers. We honor manufacturer warranty work and carry only OEM Thermador parts.
How much does Thermador repair cost?+
Flat $89 diagnostic, waived in full with the repair. Typical Thermador repairs run $325–$985. Star Burner electrode service and ignition module swaps are at the lower end. Liberty column compressor or sealed-system repairs on Pro Grand 60" ranges can reach $1,495.
My Thermador Star Burner won't ignite on one burner — is it the igniter?+
Usually no. The Star Burner's 4-electrode geometry means a single bad electrode gap (often from a spilled-on pot) misfires the whole burner. We re-gap with the Thermador gauge in 10 minutes. If that doesn't restore ignition, we swap the OEM spark module — also on the truck.
Do you service Liberty integrated columns with custom cabinetry?+
Yes — Liberty column service with custom-cabinet door panels is one of our specialty offerings. We bring the Liberty hinge gauge and the cabinet-weight chart so the door re-mounts with the correct hinge tension after any service.
Will the manufacturer warranty stay valid if Reon does the repair?+
Yes. We're a Thermador-authorized service provider — manufacturer warranty terms remain valid on every repair we perform, plus a 90-day Reon labor warranty stacked on top.
