What cities do you serve?

Louisville KY, Los Angeles CA, and San Antonio TX. Each city has its own dedicated landing page, local techs, and local phone number. We're opening new metros via our franchise program.

Are you a franchise yourself?

Reon is family-owned and operated. Louisville, LA, and San Antonio are corporate-owned cities. Any new metro will open via a vetted franchise partner using our CRM, brand standards, and ops playbook.

Is your software for sale?

Not separately โ€” our CRM, dispatch, and tech-app PWA are bundled with our franchise package. We don't currently license the platform standalone.

How do I reach you about press / media?

Email press@reonappliance.com or use our contact form and pick "Press / media". We aim to respond within 24h on weekdays.

Do you hire 1099 contractors?

No โ€” every tech and operator at Reon is W-2 with full benefits. We think that's the only honest way to build a service brand.

What's the warranty on a repair?

90 days on labor and parts, every job, no exceptions. Our techs photo-document each repair so warranty claims are friction-free.
