We hire experienced residential appliance techs and we hire smart people who want to learn the trade. Either way, you'll work W-2 with full benefits, a stocked truck, paid factory certifications, and steady dispatch from our own CRM — not a 1099 app.

What you'll do

  • 5–7 service calls per day, dispatched through the Reon Tech App (PWA)
  • Diagnose & repair residential appliances — refrigerator, washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, ice machine
  • Quote on-site using our flat-rate pricing tool
  • Process Stripe payments + email/SMS the invoice before you leave
  • Photo-document every job (before/after) for warranty

What we look for

  • EPA 608 certification (or willing to certify in your first 60 days — we pay)
  • 2+ years residential appliance repair experience preferred
  • Clean driving record · ability to lift 80 lb
  • iPhone/Android for the Tech App PWA
  • Comfort with customers — most of our 5★ reviews mention the tech by name
