We started Reon Appliance Repair in 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky. One van, one tech, one promise: fix it right or don't fix it at all. Seven years later we run trucks in Los Angeles and San Antonio with the same rule and the same family ownership.

Rusty Reon
Reon's mascot since 2017. Yes, he fixes fridges before lunch.
Rusty showed up the day we registered the LLC and never left. He's the calm in the panicked "my fridge stopped at 2 AM" voicemail, the patience in the "I broke the dishwasher again" text, and the wrench in every truck that rolls out of our 3 cities at 7 AM.
Customers reference him by name in reviews — "the Rusty guy was great", "send Rusty", "is Rusty available Saturday?". We started as one guy with one truck in Louisville. Rusty's the part of us that scales without losing the family-owned voice.
